Cougar confirmed in Iowa County, Wisconsin

 

A cougar was caught on a trail camera on August 31 about ½ mile north of Luddon Lake Golf Course on county road QQ north of Mineral Point. The site was examined by Wisconsin DNR personnel and determined to be the same as that in the picture. No tracks were found, however. The picture is shown below.
