COUGAR CAPTURED BY TRAIL CAMERA IN NORTHWESTERN NEBRASKA

Nebraska resident Bob Marsteller used a trail camera to obtain his second excellent photo of a cougar since October 2005 (Figure 1 below).  The
location is approx. 7 miles northwest of Harrison, NE in Sioux County.  This is in the very northwest corner of the state in the Pine Ridge area.  The
picture was snapped sometime between December 25, 2005 and February 15, 2006.  Both pictures were taken at the same site, and may be of the same
animal.  Thanks to Mr. Marsteller for bringing this incident to our attention.  The October 2005 photo can also be seen below (Figure 2).
