COUGAR CAPTURED BY TRAIL CAMERA IN NORTHWESTERN NEBRASKA

Nebraska resident Bob Marsteller used a trail camera to obtain his third set of excellent photos of a cougar in recent years (see attached).  These pictures were taken on July 18, 2007.  The  location is approx. 7 miles northwest of Harrison, NE in Sioux County.  This is in the very northwest corner of the state in the Pine Ridge area.  The two pictures were of the same cat, taken just minutes apart. There was an elk in heat scent "waffer" on that short log in front of the camera.
